Jackie’s journey into the world of cake design began the day one of her closest friends, Brittany Christiano, made a specialty cake for her birthday. Realizing the emotional impact it had on her when she received the cake, Jackie immediately found a passion in developing specialty desserts that would recreate this memorable experience for others who were celebrating their special moments.

Jackie is a second generation Italian American who was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Food has always been a staple-mark within her family.
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN...
For generations, Jackie’s family was known for hosting all holidays and special events for their friends and family because of the wonderful, authentic food they created. Desserts became Jackie’s focal point at an early age and her passion is continued today. With generations-old recipes, Jackie is inspired to share her life experiences, through her food, with the people. Today, Jackie believes there is an opportunity to share authentic, traditional desserts within the community she lives in and remind people that desserts are not just an afterthought, but a final opportunity to create a memorable experience.
